I. Qualified Electronic Signature: in development

The descriptive documentation of the work will be sealed with a PAdES di livello eIDAS.

✓ Probative legal value equivalent to paper documents under EU law — in development.
✓ Qualified Timestamp for enforceability against third parties (art. 42 eIDAS) — in development.
✓ The identity of whoever declares is verified before they can register a work.

We do not store the images elsewhere: we store the document's SHA-256 fingerprint, which proves its integrity.

✓ Anyone holding the PDF can recompute its fingerprint and compare: if the document was altered, the two values do not match.
✓ Once the work is bound to its chip, the fingerprint can no longer be changed — not even by us. The database prevents it, not a promise.
✓ Public blockchain anchoring: in development. Today the integrity proof lives in the registry.
